He needed clarity on how to plug in systems and operations for sales and marketing so he could focus on his craft. He found himself too tied up in the day-to-day management of his business, which prevented him from really scaling. He is extremely skilled and gifted in speaking and coaching others and the more he could spend time on that, the better it was going to be for him and his business.

He was able to take what he learned in Impact School and plug those systems into his business to set him up to scale. I also helped train his Operations Manager to take control of many areas of the business, and it’s been super helpful for him ever since. This freed Dale’s time so he could focus on creating content, working with clients, and speaking to prospects. He realized that he doesn’t need a ton of different things to scale. He just needed a couple of the right things with the right consistency to move the needle effectively in his business.
